If you are planning to travel in September, October, or November, please make sure to submit a travel notice form by September 1 for credit cards and September 20 for debit cards. This will help protect you and your new card so it does not arrive while you’re away.

ScoreCard Reward Information
For debit and credit card users, ScoreCard points will stop accruing on September 30 and the last day you can redeem your points will be November 30.
To view your points, access the portal from inside online banking. Then, navigate to Card Services or click here.
To redeem your points after the October 3 transition, please visit www.scorecardrewards.com
Credit Card Statements
Please be sure to log in to EZ Card Info to download and retain previous card statements, as they will not be available after the card conversion on October 3. Please contact the Member Service Center if you need assistance.
For cardholders who currently receive e-statements today, your final credit card statement will be sent as a paper statement in the mail. You will be enrolled in electronic statements going forward. It may take up to 2 billing cycles on your new CFCU Credit Card before electronic statements resume.
